The Nutrition Study Program is a Bachelor of Nutrition (S.Gz) study program that organizes undergraduate education that is able to work by developing various learning strategies, Discussions, Demonstrations, Independent Learning, Project-Based Learning, and Laboratory-Based Learning, thereby producing professional nutrition graduates who have national standards and internationally competitive.

Producing nutrition experts who are superior, humanist, have a soul dedicated to life, have international competitiveness through plenary education and student capacity development. • Realization of governance of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program with international standards by prioritizing the values of Integrity, Compassion, Assurance, Respect, Embrace Innovation (I-CARE). • The implementation of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program through a process of education and teaching, research and community service that is humane and holistic and open to all levels of society
Graduate Competencies S1 Nutrition
• Bachelor of Nutrition who has the ability to manage clinical nutrition / dietetic services for clients with complications individually and in groups by using Standardized Nutrition Care Services (PAGT) procedures. • Have the ability to manage institutional food service related to fulfilling nutritional and dietary needs both in normal and emergency conditions which include land, sea and air dimensions for clients in institutions. • Have the ability to conduct research and community service in the fields of nutrition, food and health and have a strong responsibility in carrying out tasks and achieving work results and reporting research results both as members and leaders of research projects • Have the ability to master in depth the theoretical concepts of entrepreneurial management knowledge in the field of nutrition both in the form of services and goods and has a strong responsibility for achieving the results of planning and implementing entrepreneurial activities in the field of nutrition
